Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Engineer with experience in ISO 9001, welding processes, quality control, and interpretation of engineering drawings for the metal-mechanical sector. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in implementation and auditing of ISO 9001 QMS 2. Proficiency in welding processes and standards (AWS/ASME) 3. Strong preventive focus and commitment to continuous improvement Description and details of responsibilities: ISO 9001 expertise – Implementation, maintenance, and auditing of QMS. Knowledge of welding processes – SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW. Interpretation of engineering drawings and welding symbols – per AWS / ASME. Applicable standards – AWS D1\.1, ASME. Welding quality control – WPS, PQR, WPQ. Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) – VT, PT, MT, UT, RT. Document management – Record control, traceability, and procedures. Root cause analysis – 5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA. Quality indicators (KPIs) – Scrap, rework, non-conformities. Internal auditing – Planning and execution of internal and external audits (auditor certification preferred).
