Job Objective To efficiently support the service area by ensuring accurate delivery of food and beverages, as well as maintaining order, cleanliness, and presentation of the dining area, thereby guaranteeing high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities * Support the waitstaff during service, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages * Transport dishes from the kitchen to tables, maintaining presentation, order, and service timing * Maintain constant communication with the kitchen and floor staff to streamline operations * Restock utensils, tableware, glassware, and necessary supplies during service * Verify that tables are clean, orderly, and properly set * Assist with cleaning and organizing the dining area * Provide support during special events and peak-demand hours * Assist with setting up and dismantling service stations Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Runner, Auxiliary Waiter, Waiter Assistant, or in customer service * Preferably experience in mid- to high-end restaurants * Excellent personal appearance * Flexible availability for work hours * Ability to work under pressure * Service-oriented attitude and teamwork skills * Responsibility and punctuality * Passion for customer service Competencies * Courteous demeanor and customer orientation * Speed and attention to detail * Proactivity and willingness to assist * Effective communication * Organization in service operations * Teamwork We Offer * Monthly salary of $9,452.00 * Additional daily tip income * Statutory benefits starting from the third month * Provided uniform * Meal support * Excellent work environment * Opportunities for growth within the service department Salary: $9,452.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
