Job Summary: As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will support interactions with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure that site-related tasks and work orders are completed, as part of the Maintenance team. As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will support interactions with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure that site-related tasks and work orders are completed. This position is part of the Maintenance team, which focuses on all operational aspects, providing support to the Responsible Manager regarding repairs, maintenance, and maintenance planning. Maintenance Technician **Education:** Technical or incomplete degree in Electrical Engineering. Experience: Minimum 2 years **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** * Corrective and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment • Inspection of toilets, urinals, sinks, and cleaning fixtures • Plumbing • Support all maintenance activities related to installed systems. • 127V, 440V, 220V, 120V electricity application and measurement equipment • Maintenance of the Hydrosanitary System, water tanks, elevated tanks, and sumps. • Maintenance of lighting systems, cleaning of electrical panels Why CBRE?
