Position Summary: A leading auto parts retailer seeks a Warehouse Manager to efficiently manage the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of products, ensuring productivity targets are met. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities for products. 2. Coordinate and supervise teams to ensure optimal sales service. 3. Ensure efficient receiving, warehousing, preparation for sale, and dispatch of products, safeguarding inventory under your responsibility. Guarantee achievement of productivity targets and smooth, timely execution of all warehouse processes.* · Strategically manage the warehouse in accordance with company-defined policies and procedures. · Execute and supervise receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance of parts on time and as required, to avoid impacting sales service. · Coordinate and supervise activities of assigned staff. · Analyze departmental KPIs and evaluate staff performance to implement effective improvement actions. *OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:* * Recent experience in automotive parts (MANDATORY) * Preferred education: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Experience working toward sales targets * Customer service, sales management, sales * Retail sales * Warehouse administration * Inventory management * Cycle counts * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Interested candidates should apply through this channel; we will contact you to schedule an interview.
