(Zona Centro) We are seeking an **Accounting Manager** with strategic and operational focus, responsible for leading **accounting, tax, and financial management**, strengthening **internal controls**, **profitability**, and **data-driven decision-making** within a dynamic retail environment. **Responsibilities** * Lead general, tax, and financial accounting (**financial reporting, accounting manager**). * Execute and supervise **monthly (month\-end close)** and annual financial closings. * Prepare and analyze **financial statements (P\&L, balance sheet, cash flow)**. * Implement and optimize **internal controls (internal controls, SOX basics)**. * Ensure tax compliance (**tax compliance: ISR, IVA, DIOT, federal taxes**). * Supervise bank, revenue, and sales reconciliations (**revenue reconciliation, POS, TPV**). * Coordinate audits (**internal audit, external audit, tax audit**). * Generate **executive reports, financial KPIs, variance analysis (budget vs actual)**. * Participate in **financial planning, budgeting (budgeting, forecasting)**. * Lead the accounting team (**team leadership, people management**). **Profile** * Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting (licensed). * +4 years in **accounting, finance, or controller roles** (**controller, accounting manager, finance manager**). * Experience in **retail, multi\-branch operations** (preferred). * Knowledge of **Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF), basic IFRS, and Mexican tax legislation**. * ERP system experience (**CONTPAQi, SAP, Oracle, SAE, ERP accounting systems**). * Advanced Excel (**financial analysis, dashboards, pivot tables**). **Competencies**: Strategic leadership \| Analytical thinking \| Business acumen \| Decision-making \| Results orientation \| Continuous improvement Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discounts * Flexible hours * Company phone Work location: On-site employment
