Position Summary: Operations Manager responsible for ensuring the plant operates efficiently, safely, and profitably, meeting quality, productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction objectives. Promote certifiable management systems such as ISO 9001:2015 **OPERATIONS MANAGER** Ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective plant operations while achieving quality, productivity, safety, cost, and customer satisfaction objectives. Guarantee that processes are executed in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System guidelines, promoting continuous improvement. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Oversee daily plant operations. Meet production volumes, quality standards, and on-time delivery targets. Monitor and control KPIs: efficiency, productivity, waste, scrap, and schedule adherence. Validate workload planning, shift scheduling, and personnel allocation. Ensure efficient utilization of machinery, materials, and human resources. Guarantee compliance with technical specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. Ensure execution of processes per documented Quality System procedures. Lead and support internal/external audits. Implement corrective, preventive, and improvement actions. Maintain and promote certifiable management systems such as ISO 9001:2015\. Foster a culture of quality, order, and operational discipline (5S, visual standards, etc.). Implement the master plan for preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. Supervise fault response to minimize unplanned downtime. Assess machinery condition and propose improvements or replacements. **CORE COMPETENCIES** Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, SMED, Kanban, JIT. ISO 9001:2015 Lead/Internal Auditor\. Basic financial analysis (costs, budgets, ROI). Production planning. Industrial maintenance. Completed degree in: · Engineering, Production, or related field. · Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration.
