JOB DESCRIPTION **Job Objective:** * Design and improve cutting processes by training and supporting relevant staff on product handling, proper tool usage and cleaning, aiming to minimize yield loss. **Responsibilities:** * Train and support staff in product handling * Ensure product yield * Train staff on correct tool usage and cleaning * Audit proper product cutting and tool usage * Develop manuals and supporting materials **Required Profile:** * Technical Specialist in Machinery and Tools * Technical Specialist in Industrial Productivity * Associate Degree in Industrial Processes and Operations **Work Experience:** **3 years in** * Staff training * Product / perishable food handling * Cutting, classification, and deboning of red meats * Process improvement
