Work environment that values proactive attitude and sense of urgency **Job Description:** We are seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring the proper operation of machinery, equipment, and facilities within the plant. The role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as identifying failures to avoid production stoppages. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment * Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and/or pneumatic failures * Track work orders * Record performed activities * Support continuous equipment improvement * Comply with safety and hygiene regulations **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree in Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position * Basic knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and tools * Availability to work rotating shifts * Proactive attitude and sense of urgency **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Job stability **Work Location:** Parque Toluca 2000 Salary: $2,500.00 \- $2,700.00 per week Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
