If you are passionate about sales and customer service, this opportunity is for you! **Customer Solutions Assistant (Seasonal)** **Location: Benito Juárez, Mexico City** **Position Objective:** Timely handling of requests from the shipment control department, ensuring compliance with performance indicators and customer satisfaction. * Handle and follow up on service reports promptly and accurately. * Contact customers when their shipment contains incomplete information, follow up, and collect correct information to ensure timely delivery per the contracted guarantee. * Goods handling: Scan incoming and outgoing shipments in the assigned area. Provide customer service and support, ensuring efficient and high-quality service. * Generation of damage reports / repackaging documents * RequirementsMinimum education required: High school diploma or completed technical program. * Minimum 6 months of experience in operational roles related to customer service, preferably in warehouses or distribution centers. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
