The **SFE Manager** leads the company’s commercial effectiveness, ensuring a robust and reliable sell\-out forecast, disciplined inventory control aligned with customer- and brand-specific standards, and proper execution of the sales force. The role integrates commercial intelligence, information governance, and field productivity, enabling timely decisions that maximise growth, operational efficiency, and commercial execution. **Key Responsibilities:** Lead the sell‑out forecast, ensuring reliable models aligned with Finance, Business Units, CSC, and Demand teams. Coordinate the demand cycle, integrating historical data, trends, and seasonality to support timely commercial decisions. Design and monitor sell‑in, sell‑out, and inventory models by customer, channel, and brand, ensuring visibility and control. Identify risks of overstock or stockouts and trigger early alerts with clear action plans. Ensure the quality, consistency, and traceability of information used by commercial teams. Act as the owner of commercial information, establishing governance standards and key KPIs. Lead the development and continuous improvement of executive and operational dashboards, ensuring a single source of truth. Design and manage commercial effectiveness and sales force productivity models in collaboration with Business Units. Ensure accurate execution of incentive schemes (SIP), including precise calculations and clear performance communication.
