The **SFE Coordinator** is the strategic engine that transforms complex sales and execution data into clear, actionable, and relevant insights for business decision\-making. The SFE Coordinator drives sales force productivity, coverage, and commercial effectiveness, ensuring every recommendation is evidence\-based and oriented toward maximizing commercial impact. They serve as the technical and advisory reference for KPI management, data visualization, and commercial intelligence generation, anticipating trends and opportunities for sustainable growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Consolidate, clean, and analyze sales, execution, and distribution data to generate timely diagnostics * Design analytical models to explain sales force performance and identify areas for improvement (productivity, coverage, ROI, call rate) * Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities, anticipating scenarios and strategic actions * Transform data into clear and actionable insights for Sales, Trade Marketing, and Commercial Leadership * Develop executive presentations and dashboards that facilitate KPI interpretation and guide commercial strategy * Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, automating key reports to optimize time and resources * Monitor individual and team performance, incentive KPIs, and compensation schemes, ensuring transparency and objective tracking * Act as the data reference within SFE, supporting business cases, key negotiations, and adoption of a data\-driven culture **Why YOU?** **Your Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or related field * EMBA or MBA or postgraduate studies in related fields are desirable * 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles within Fast\-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies * Experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) management * Advanced Excel proficiency; Power BI is desirable * Data modeling and KPI development * Intermediate to advanced English * Attention to detail, audit management, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills **Do you feel this could be your next career step?
