Our foundation lies in aromacology science, delving into how aroma influences human psychology, memory, and emotions. **What Are We Looking For?** Education: Completed bachelor’s degree in economics or administration-related fields Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or operational/commercial roles within service, hospitality, or retail companies **Hard Skills** Advanced English Analytical ability, organization, and attention to detail Proven ability to lead technical and administrative teams. Must be available to travel as required by operational and expansion needs. **Soft Skills** Exceptional customer focus, genuine passion for interpersonal relationships and service. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise technical and warehouse teams, ensuring compliance with installation, maintenance, and service standards. * Manage operations in Cancún: service control, routes, inventories, and local production. * Maintain direct relationships with hotels and key accounts, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and agile response to their needs. * Identify improvement and growth opportunities within existing customers. * Coordinate with central administrative and operations teams to ensure deliveries, invoicing, and follow-up. * Report service results, performance indicators, and commercial opportunities **What Impact Does Aromaria Offer You?** * Real impact and direct visibility on business growth. * Participation in key strategic initiatives. * Cross-functional exposure across multiple business areas. * Space to propose, build, and improve processes. * Accelerated growth in an agile and continuously evolving environment Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Work Location: Hybrid Salary: $30,000.00 \- $40,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote-hybrid in Cancún, QRoo.
