This position requires a versatile, organized individual with strong attention to detail who can handle both creative development and accurate technical execution of projects. We are not solely seeking someone who designs beautifully; we seek a candidate who understands processes, delivery timelines, file preparation, and production tracking. The role combines creativity with operations. Therefore, it is essential to have experience preparing files for print, coordinating external vendors, and supervising final deliveries to ensure quality standards. In addition to graphic design, this position will involve generating social media content and providing basic photography and video support for products or projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Designing and adapting graphic materials for print and digital media. * Creating graphic proposals aligned with brand identity. * Adjusting and adapting graphic assets according to production requirements. * Correctly preparing files for print, validating formats, dimensions, and resolution. * Supervising quality of final artwork. * Reviewing color, typography, and print specifications. * Coordinating with external vendors and managing production orders. * Tracking delivery timelines. * Recording and controlling orders using a logbook. * Conducting basic product or project photography. * Performing basic photo and video editing. * Organizing and backing up visual files. **Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. * 2–3 years of prior experience as a Graphic Designer. * Experience working with both printed and digital materials. * Experience preparing files for print and coordinating graphic production. * Operational proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign. * Use of AI tools applied to design. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Intermediate or advanced English (preferred). * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Timely tracking of deliveries and production. * Must reside in Cancún (onsite work required). **What We Offer** * Job stability. * Creative and dynamic environment. * Participation in diverse visual projects. * Professional development within the creative field. * Collaborative work across different departments.
