Position Summary: We are seeking a Purchaser to manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services for luxury residential projects, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery. Coordination with construction and administrative teams A real estate developer is seeking a **Purchaser** for a luxury residential project comprising two 18-story towers. The role will be responsible for managing the procurement of materials, equipment, and services for construction, ensuring quality, competitive costs, and adherence to delivery schedules. We seek an organized individual with procurement experience and extensive knowledge of construction materials, as well as mandatory proficiency in **Enkontrol and/or OPUS.** Responsibilities * Quotation and procurement of construction materials. * Supplier negotiation. * Preparation of comparative tables and price analysis. * Purchase order and delivery tracking. * Cost control and timely supply management. * Updating and maintaining procurement records in Enkontrol and/or OPUS. * Coordination with warehouse, site supervisors, and project administration. * Supplier development and performance monitoring. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in construction material procurement. * In-depth knowledge of construction materials and finishes. * Proficiency in: * Enkontrol and/or OPUS * Excel. * Negotiation and follow-up skills. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
