Due to our expansion in Guadalajara, we seek to integrate into our team an **Industrial Solar Projects Leader** with solid experience and a results-oriented mindset. **Key Responsibilities** * Design of low-voltage electrical diagrams for photovoltaic systems * Coordination and on-site supervision of installation crews * Ensuring strict compliance with field safety standards * End-to-end management of the interconnection process with CFE * Control and protection of gross margin per project (deviation \500 kW) * Knowledge of Mexican Official Standards (NOM) * \+8 years of experience in industrial or large-scale solar electrical projects * Experience leading crews and multidisciplinary teams * Mastery of the CFE interconnection process * Financial orientation: understanding the technical impact on profitability (EBITDA) * High accountability, leadership, and owner mentality * Willingness to travel and supervise installations **Why Join Zenersolar?** * Leadership role in a rapidly growing company * Operational autonomy and technical decision-making authority * Direct impact on business profitability and expansion * Participation in industrial projects under PPA and structured financing schemes If you have experience in large-scale industrial solar projects and are ready to assume a high-impact role, **we’d love to meet you**.
