Job Summary: Nutrypollo is seeking Payroll Analysts to manage payroll incidents, calculate payments, resolve inquiries, and support staff regarding payroll matters. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive payroll management for a large number of employees. 2. Direct interaction with staff to resolve payroll-related inquiries. 3. Preparation and control of payroll documentation and termination records. Nutrypollo is hiring Payroll Analysts due to company growth. **Responsibilities:** Recording of incidents (900 workers) Calculation of travel and rescue payments Review of biometric data for extraordinary payments Supervisors Random review of operational staff via biometric system Manual calculation of HE3 overtime Recording of extraordinary payments Preparation of vacation slips Data entry into process files Receiving and submitting absenteeism terminations (PPP) Recording termination data due to abandonment in payroll system Resolving payroll-related inquiries with staff Assisting staff who submit resignation notices Verifying data entry in databases Sending termination documentation to corporate Requesting cash payments and delivering them Preparing and administering the Savings Fund and voluntary contributions Census reporting for accounting (gender) Providing information for ST\-7 preparation We offer superior benefits
