Organized clinical space with patient flow **Opening: Speech-Language Therapist** Aguascalientes \| Hourly \| up to $2,000 MXN weekly We are seeking a speech-language therapist with experience in assessment and intervention, interested in collaborating on an hourly basis in an interdisciplinary clinical setting. This role focuses primarily on **language and communication assessment**, as well as intervention for selected cases. Please note that **this is not a full-time position**, but rather a flexible hourly collaboration, aligned with patient demand. **Your Responsibilities** Conduct language and communication assessments for children, adolescents, and adults, as appropriate. Assess expressive, receptive, pragmatic language, and functional communication, using clinical and standardized tools when necessary. Design individualized intervention plans for cases requiring therapeutic follow-up. Provide clear clinical feedback to patients and families regarding findings and recommendations. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (psychology, neurofeedback, psychopedagogy) to integrate findings into a comprehensive clinical plan. Offer practical guidance to support communication at home, school, or in the workplace. **What We Seek in You** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Therapy, Human Communication, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field. (Mandatory) **Proven experience in language assessment** (mandatory requirement). Ability to work with diverse age groups (children, adolescents, and/or adults). Clinical judgment for assessment, analysis, and integration of results. Respectful, functional, and non-pathologizing approach to language and communication. Ability to clearly communicate findings to patients and families.
