Responsibilities: \* Assist in general maintenance, furniture, and facility repairs. \* Repair plumbing and electrical systems. \* Assist in corrective and preventive maintenance tasks according to schedule. \* Document defects and submit corresponding progress reports. Experience: \* 1 year of maintenance experience preferred. \* Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and masonry. \* Willingness to travel. \* High school diploma required. \* Class A driver's license.
