




Job Summary: Guest service and operational management at the front desk, including billing, reservations, and promotion of additional services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Guest reception and check-in 2. Reservation management and customer service 3. Payment processing and cash register closing Guest reception and check-in Room billing Room reservation handling Customer assistance and issue resolution Explaining hotel services (operating hours, restaurant, Wi-Fi, common areas, etc.) Handling guest requests, inquiries, or complaints during their stay Performing check-out: reviewing charges, issuing invoices, and collecting payments Managing payments and cash register closing Promoting additional hotel services Prior experience in this role required Availability to cover 3 shifts per week. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General Baccalaureate 2 years of experience Age: between 22 and 40 years Knowledge of: Canvas, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word Driver's license: Class A
