Main Responsibilities: * Integrate, review, and monitor credit files. * Validate client documentation (identification, income verification, credit history, etc.). * Monitor the status of each file promptly with clients, advisors, and banks. * Review and validate purchase-sale contracts, ensuring information is accurate and complete. * Verify client data, property details, commercial terms, and legal clauses in contracts. * Identify inconsistencies and follow up on corrections. * Support general administrative activities (filing, document control, data entry). * Organize and safeguard physical and digital files. * Provide administrative support to various departments regarding sales closings. * Manage courier services or related documentation procedures when necessary.
