Key Responsibilities: *Collection and recording of maintenance fees. *Bank reconciliations. *Collections and recovery of overdue accounts receivable. *Administration and control of general services (water, electricity, internet). *Vendor management and contract monitoring. *Supervision and implementation of the maintenance plan. *Condominium owner support and conflict resolution. *Monitoring improvement projects within developments.
