Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure. **Mechanical Technician – Aguascalientes** Responsibilities Unit Reception and Diagnosis \- Conduct initial inspection of vehicles entering the workshop or service area. \- Identify mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic faults through visual inspection and basic testing. \- Prepare preliminary diagnostic reports for the service department or workshop. Unit Preparation \- Perform basic maintenance services (fluid levels, brake inspection, battery checks, filter replacements, etc.). \- Assist in preparing new or pre-owned vehicles prior to delivery to customers. Verify that units meet established operational and safety standards. Monitoring and Tracking \- Record inspections and diagnoses in internal systems or designated forms. \- Report anomalies or required repairs to the Workshop Supervisor or Service Advisor. \- Track units undergoing preparation or service. Requirements Technical degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related field (verifiable). \- Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in automotive mechanics. \- Knowledge of basic diagnostics and preventive maintenance. \- Prior experience at automotive dealerships or specialized workshops is preferred. \- Availability to work rotating shifts (if applicable). \- Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
