Coordination of vehicle maintenance and incident resolution **LOGISTICS AND OPERATIONS MANAGER** **Location: Aguascalientes** Position Objective Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers and branches through proper route planning and efficient utilization of operational resources. **Main Responsibilities** * Schedule and coordinate delivery routes. * Supervise and manage drivers and loading assistants. * Ensure complete and on-schedule deliveries. * Prepare and track orders in the system (ERP). * Verify delivery logs and fuel consumption performance. * Coordinate preventive maintenance of vehicles. * Address incidents with internal and external customers. * Meet performance metrics (deliveries, costs, and timeliness). **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum experience: 3 years in logistics, warehousing, or distribution (last-mile delivery to end customers). * Experience managing operational staff. * Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and efficient route planning. * ERP system proficiency (Intelisis preferred). * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Geographic knowledge and GPS usage. * Experience operating Torton Rabon trucks up to 18 tons and NP300 vehicles.
