Position Objective: Analyze current work processes and methods to enhance efficiency and increase team productivity; make strategic decisions regarding technological solutions; plan and define policies for updating technological infrastructure and operational software; define policies and procedures for technology environment security and backup; perform equipment maintenance and asset assignment. Responsibilities: · Preventive and corrective maintenance of the company's computer equipment. · Ensure proper operation of the network infrastructure. · Monitor costs arising from cloud server usage. · Keep IP addresses updated to ensure platform functionality. · Manage Office licenses and track cloud storage resources. · Control and monitor space utilization on the ERP (NAV) server to prevent exceeding capacity limits. · Conduct information analysis to systematize reports from all departments. · Coordinate with external vendors of internal platforms regarding potential changes suggested by each operational department and validate implementation. · Train users on various platforms and ERP systems.
