Interest in professional growth in project management **Job Description** We are looking for a **Junior Project Manager** with at least 1 year of experience in project administration and a strong interest in developing within a dynamic, results-oriented environment. This person will be responsible for supporting project planning, execution, monitoring, and control, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality. **Responsibilities** * Support project planning and execution. * Develop and track work schedules. * Generate dashboards and progress reports. * Document meeting minutes and track action items. * Monitor project risks, issues, and changes. * Coordinate communication among stakeholders and technical teams. * Track tasks and deliverables promptly. * Support continuous improvement of project management processes. **Requirements** * Minimum of **1 year of experience in project management**. * Knowledge or training in methodologies such as: * PMI (PMBOK) * PRINCE2 * Scrum / Agile * General systems knowledge: * Servers * Basic infrastructure * Support * Experience working with an **ERP** (preferred). * Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Excel, Project, Jira, Trello, or similar). * Ability to produce: * Schedules * Dashboards * Reports and meeting minutes * Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills. **Desired Profile** * Proactive and results-oriented. * High level of responsibility and organization. * Excellent communication skills. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Interest in professional growth in project management.
