We are seeking your talent as "**SERVICE MANAGER**" **Job Objective:** To comprehensively direct service operations, ensuring productivity, operational efficiency, compliance with standards, departmental profitability, and full satisfaction of corporate and fleet customers. 1\. Main Responsibilities * **Workshop Operational Management:** Supervise daily preventive and corrective maintenance operations on cargo units. * **Profitability and KPIs:** Ensure achievement of financial targets by controlling repair costs and optimizing delivery times (efficiency and productivity). * **Personnel Management:** Coordinate, train, and lead diesel mechanics, technicians, and parts personnel. * **Customer Service:** Resolve complaints and ensure a positive service experience to maintain customer loyalty. * **Quality Control:** Ensure vehicles comply with technical and safety standards before leaving the workshop. 2\. Technical Profile (Knowledge) * **Diesel Engines:** In-depth knowledge of latest-generation diesel engines. * **Tractor-Trailer Systems:** Experience with transmissions, differentials, braking systems, clutches, and suspension systems from brands such as Kenworth, Freightliner, or International. * **Advanced Diagnostics:** Proficiency with diagnostic software (e.g., INSITE Scanner, Diagnostic Link, etc.). * **Administration:** Handling of service orders, parts inventory control, and budgeting. 3\. Professional Requirements * **Education:** Completed high school diploma. * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years in similar positions (e.g., Workshop Supervisor, Service Manager) at tractor-trailer dealerships or heavy-duty transportation fleets. 4\.
