




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef skilled in fine pastry production, inventory management, and team leadership, with a strong focus on product quality and presentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Fine cake baking and decoration, and chocolate confectionery production. 2. Inventory management, order processing, and waste prevention. 3. We seek your talent as a **Pastry Chef**. Work Location: **Aguascalientes** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of food processing and food safety and hygiene practices. * Dynamic and proactive personality. * Familiarity with products, materials, and techniques used in fine pastry production. * Ability to manage and organize a work team. * Experience managing inventories, orders, stock levels, storage, stock rotation, and waste prevention. * Ability to prepare financial statements and manage departmental operations (numerical aptitude). * Experience achieving sales and profitability targets. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one weekend day off. * Willingness to travel across various locations in Aguascalientes. * Experience supervising and training staff. **FUNCTIONS:** * Customer service. * Creation of decorative figures and presentations (dried fruit, chocolates, truffles). * Fine cake baking and decoration, and production of various chocolate confectionery items. * Knowledge of pastry products, materials, and production methods. * Experience in high-volume production. * Adherence to technical recipes. * Quality control of finished products. * Taste, organization, cleanliness, preparation, speed, and presentation. * Preparation and cooking of various desserts according to established hygiene standards, menu specifications, or instructions from the dietitian or head chef. * Responsibility for dessert presentation (garnishing and decorating desserts). * Assignment and supervision of tasks for kitchen assistants or helpers. * Supervision of implementation of various hygiene techniques. * General support to the Executive Chef or Head Chef. **WE OFFER:** * LEGAL BENEFITS FROM DAY ONE * NET MONTHLY SALARY * SAVINGS FUND * MONTHLY GROCERY VOUCHERS $1000 * FREE CAFETERIA SERVICE (BREAKFAST AND LUNCH) * FREE UNIFORMS
