Sports strategy management and personnel development. **At Sports World, we fully embrace our emotions, working passionately and transforming the lives of our team within a fun and highly dynamic environment.** **Join us and become part of our great Wellness family!** **Sports Coordinator / Sports Club** **Requirements:** Completed bachelor’s degree and/or intern with 100% credits in Sports Sciences, Physical Education, or Physical Conditioning; additionally, must hold sports certifications. Knowledge: Basic computer software, public relations, negotiation, sports strategy, physical conditioning training and/or group classes, working with subordinates, and sales. **Minimum 2 years of experience; 3+ years preferred in a similar role.** **Responsibilities:** * Manage and update KPIs for departments (Physical Conditioning, Swimming, Group Fitness, and Fit Kidz). * Supervise and ensure task compliance via the Sports App (demos, sales, class scheduling) for Physical Conditioning, Group Fitness, Fit Kidz, and Pool. * Supervise and ensure service-related KPI compliance (routines and body tests). * Plan, communicate, and follow up on sales strategy, workflow, and projections to achieve objectives and improve service indicators. * Manage staff work schedules to meet objectives and improve income and service indicators. * Develop staff for organizational growth. * Monitor individual performance and generate action plans that impact results. * Provide customer service at all times according to the department’s service protocol. * Supervise, manage, and ensure cleanliness, functionality, and proper condition of all assigned areas, equipment, and accessories. * Timely and accurate processing of commission assignments and payroll payments for departments (Physical Conditioning, Group Fitness, Fit Kidz, Swimming, and Service, as applicable) per established procedures. * Organize, manage, operate, and support sports events across all assigned departments both inside and outside club facilities. **We Offer:** **Location / Boulevard A. Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week.
