Job Summary: This role involves managing the receipt, storage, preparation, and dispatch of equipment while maintaining order and participating in inventory activities to ensure warehouse operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Efficiently manages equipment reception and storage 2. Prepares and dispatches equipment ensuring correct delivery 3. Maintains order, safety, and participates in inventory control * Perform equipment receipt tasks, including unloading, counting, and physical verification against purchase orders or invoices to ensure correct quantities and items. * Properly store and arrange lighting, sound, and accessory equipment in designated locations following the organizational system to maximize space and ensure product protection. * Collect and prepare requested equipment for dispatch, ensuring accurate product selection and proper packaging to prevent damage during transit. * Execute dispatch procedures, including loading equipment onto transport vehicles, unloading at destination, and verifying required documentation for release and/or shipment. * Maintain cleanliness and order in aisles, shelves, and work areas. Strictly comply with safety protocols for equipment handling and storage regulations. * Actively participate in physical inventory counts—whether cyclical or comprehensive—to help control stock levels and minimize losses. Safely operate assigned work equipment (forklifts, hydraulic pallet jacks, shelving). * Report any incidents, merchandise damage, unsafe conditions, or equipment maintenance needs to the Warehouse Manager. * Collaborate with the warehouse team on all assigned tasks to ensure efficient operational flow. * Internal Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a comprehensive and positive experience in performing assigned functions.
