We seek candidates with degrees in Business Administration, Finance, Business Management, Business Development, Marketing, or related fields. ***Responsibilities:*** \- Prepare daily inventory reports for branches. \- Manage warehouses and inventory movements. \- Handle and archive physical documentation. \- Generate procurement reports and procurement progress reports. \- Enter and update information in internal systems. \- Answer phone calls and emails. \- Support administrative control activities. \- Track internal and external requests. ***Competencies:*** Time organization and management. Working under pressure. ***We Offer:*** Statutory benefits (social security, vacation, year-end bonus, etc.). Work schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
