Continuous training for professional growth **AGUASCALIENTES AGROINDUSTRY** ***LEADING COMPANY IN THE AGRI-FOOD SECTOR*** ***We are a young, dynamic, and entrepreneurial organization committed to ensuring the social, economic, and emotional development of all our employees within a safe work environment.*** ***We invite you to join our qualified team as:*** **PURCHASING ANALYST** **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Education:** Technical degree, Administration, or completed or incomplete university degree. * **Experience:** 1 year. * **Knowledge:** SAP focused on procurement; tracking purchase requisitions; invoicing; quotations; supplier sourcing. * **Willingness to relocate to the company’s premises.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Attend to suppliers, in person or by phone, as required by the immediate supervisor. * Conduct general purchasing activities. * Request quotations. * Request suppliers’ tax information and register them in the SAP system. * Request suppliers’ banking information and confirm that tax and banking data have been received by the Accounting Assistant. * Ensure Purchase Orders are correctly issued, specifying accurate delivery timelines according to supplier quotations. * Send Purchase Orders to suppliers and confirm receipt via the same email or by phone. * Enter raw material tickets into the system. * Request raw material invoices from suppliers via email. * Review incoming ingredients, packaging materials, and raw materials. * Complete credit requests and obtain necessary data requested by suppliers. * Register customers in the SAP system. * File raw material tickets and purchase requisitions. **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund. * Savings plan. * Cafeteria. * Grocery vouchers. * Uniforms. * Company product benefits. * Continuous training.
