




Job Summary: Responsible for comprehensive payroll management, including time clock review, payroll list entry, weekly payroll preparation and benefit processing, as well as resolving employee inquiries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the weekly payroll preparation and processing 2. Handles incidents and final settlements in coordination with residents 3. Responds to employee inquiries regarding salaries and payments \- Review, download, and upload the weekly time clock data (also perform special time clock operations for certain departments: Purchasing, CTM, CDA) \- Analyze and enter payroll lists \- Prepare weekly payroll (review incidents via WhatsApp, contact residents for notifications, final settlements, and incidents; follow up on pending items with relevant departments: direct and indirect supervisors) \- Process benefit costs, such as insurance premiums and sick leave deductions. \- Report payroll issues and changes (manage payroll calendars) \- Respond to employee questions about salaries, doubts, or payments, both in person and digitally. \- Attach information from Human Resources and Accounting departments (e.g., vacations, boot deductions, loan deductions, etc.). \- Apply payroll deductions (coordinate with Engineer Celso on personal loans and applied deductions) \- Print cash envelopes for distribution and track pending cash envelopes for the week.
