Opportunity for growth within the group **CGE AUTOMOTIVE GROUP** **Position: Recruiter** **Location: North of Aguascalientes City** **Job Description** We are looking for a recruitment and selection specialist capable of managing multiple vacancies simultaneously and ensuring timely coverage of operational, administrative, and commercial positions. **Responsibilities** * Posting job openings on various platforms * Proactive talent search and attraction * Initial screening interviews (virtual and in-person) * Candidate follow-up throughout the entire process * Coordination of interviews with department heads * Compilation of candidate files and support during hiring process * Achievement of vacancy coverage targets **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection * Proficiency in job boards and social media platforms * Ability to manage multiple vacancies concurrently * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset **Schedule** Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **We Offer** * Salary: $12,000 net monthly * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Life insurance * Opportunity for growth within the group Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
