Job Summary: Supervise private subdivisions to maintain order, aesthetics, and board satisfaction by inspecting work and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive supervision of private subdivisions 2. Vendor management and regulatory compliance 3. Resident assistance and communication with the board Objectives: Supervise the overall condition of private subdivisions to maintain order, aesthetic harmony, and full board satisfaction. Activities: Inspection visits and tours of assigned private subdivisions. Verification of work performed by security, landscaping, pool, cleaning, and maintenance vendors. Supervision of construction regulation compliance. Provision of supplies to subdivisions. Management of petty cash. Preparation of supervision reports. Collection of visual evidence and inventories. Implementation of corrective actions based on identified incidents and follow-up on their resolution with the rest of the team. Tracking of procedures at government agencies or service providers. In-person resident assistance. Ongoing communication with the administration team and board. - Personal vehicle required. - Must reside in the eastern part of the city.
