Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring full compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, preventing risks, and managing incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Risk Identification and Control 2. Proficiency in NOM STPS and Civil Protection Regulations **Objective:** Ensure comprehensive compliance with occupational safety and health regulations across all plant operations, including fueling stations, serving as the responsible party for risk prevention and mitigation, incident response management, and maintaining up-to-date legal and operational safety documentation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Risk Identification and Control * Incident and Accident Management * Regulatory and Documentation Compliance * Civil Protection: Develop, communicate, and train on Emergency Response Plans (PRE) and Specific Response Plans (PPA). * PPE Control * Training and Competency Development * Document Control * Monitoring and Evaluation * Best Practices and Standards * Contractor Safety * Waste Management * Applicable Regulations * Gas Usage and Handling **Competencies:** * Proficiency in NOM STPS applicable to the business sector * In-depth knowledge of civil protection regulations * Solid experience in SASISOPA and SIPRO system management (desirable) * Knowledge of RP and RME handling * Familiarity with integrated management systems Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Employee discounts * Option for indefinite-term contract Experience: * STPS INSPECTIONS: 2 years (Mandatory) * REGULATORY KNOWLEDGE: 2 years (Mandatory) * SOLID OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (OHS) KNOWLEDGE: 2 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
