




Job Summary: Supervises and controls operational and administrative activities of circuits, develops travel schedules, and coordinates with operators to ensure logistical efficiency. Operations supervision and control 3. 24/7 incident management and problem resolution **Required Experience** * Minimum **3 to 5 years** in related roles such as logistics coordination, transportation or routing, operator or operational team supervision. * **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field. * Age: 28 to 45 years old. * Knowledge of trip scheduling and route control, transit time management and operational time windows, ASR security protocols (breakdown, accident, theft). **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and control all operational and administrative activities of circuits. * Prepare weekly travel schedules, assign waybills, and coordinate with monitors and operators. * Supervise the start of operations every Monday and monitor each trip from start to finish. * Maintain constant communication with Nissan regarding incidents or delays. * Review documentation and permits for each unit on a weekly basis. * Generate and submit daily reports on transit times, unit locations, and unit status. * Ensure each operator wears appropriate PPE and that units are in proper mechanical and cleanliness condition prior to departure. * Retrieve and deliver complete trip documentation for billing purposes. * Maintain constant communication with operators and conduct weekly briefings. * Address incidents, resolve operational issues, and maintain 24/7 availability.
