Strategic HR support to Management. **Cyacom S.A. de C.V. is seeking an HR Assistant** **Location:** Pachuca de Soto, Hidalgo. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. **Work Modality:** On-site. **Position Description:** **HR Assistant**, responsible for the **comprehensive operation of the HR department.** **Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative personnel. * Employee registration, termination, and personnel changes with IMSS. * Compilation and management of physical and digital personnel files. * Drafting and administration of employment contracts. * Payroll calculation and management, including attendance incidents, vacations, medical leaves, and severance settlements. * Attendance, tardiness, and absenteeism tracking. * Implementation of internal policies. * Employee assistance and resolution of labor-related matters. * Employee onboarding and follow-up. * Compliance with labor obligations and support during STPS inspections. * Strategic HR support to Management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Capital Management, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources. * Knowledge of the **Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, and STPS**. * Experience managing payroll. * Proficiency in Excel and NOI system. **We Offer:** * Weekly salary: $ 2,500.00 * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, vacation bonus, year-end bonus).
