Experience with Remedy Global/ServiceNow or other ticket management tools. Support for applications, email accounts, Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, and Exchange. User account creation and deactivation, permission management, password resets, and migrations. Image deployment and patching. L1 and L2 support. Basic network configuration and equipment maintenance. Hardware and software support, mobile devices, computing equipment, etc. Flexible availability for work hours. Intermediate-to-conversational English proficiency is desirable.
