Collaborate on executive communications and cross-functional interactions **Executive Operations Analyst****What you’ll do:*** Prepare executive analyses, dashboards, presentations, and reports to support strategic decision\-making. Analyze and synthesize data from multiple systems, transforming information into clear business insights using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint. * Coordinate priority projects, executive meetings, action plans, travel logistics, and high\-level communications in a fast\-paced global environment. Support operational governance, follow\-up on commitments, and organizational priorities with high attention to detail. * Collaborate in executive communications, events, and cross\-functional interactions across different regions and stakeholders. What is required:* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Power BI and systems/data visualization tools. Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and business reporting. * Experience supporting strategic projects, leadership teams, or business operations is highly valued. Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities * Bachelor's degree in administration or related field. Advanced English is mandatory.
