Descripción y detalle de las actividades * CROSS\-DISCIPLINE DESIGN SUPPORT: Under the supervision of the Sr. Designer, supports the design team on projects employing various art, design, graphic and CAD skills to support product opportunities. * TECH PACK CREATION: With the design management and development teams’ guidance, manage the execution of seasonal tech packs across multiple brands in an organized manner to align with critical development schedule requirements. * EYE ON DETAILS: Apply associate level knowledge of design to help team galvanize product design concepts for in\-house brands. * SELF\-STARTER INITIATIVE: Occasionally works on independent projects as required and as skills dictate, with oversight from the Sr. Design team. * OVERVIEW \+Work with Sr. Designer to fulfill new product and product refinement requests set in the line plan handed off from VP and development team. * \+Efficiently SPEC new product helping to keep all brand categories on schedule. * \+Should show initiative in working with development team to track development and push for product innovation * \+Should be working closely with Sr. Designer and development team to make all SPEC revisions promptly to keep projects on schedule. * \+Grow a working knowledge of major product categories' competitive set, industry trends, and changing market needs. Experiencia y requisitos * Position is on Site at Ensenada Baja California, not remote position, * English is a must! (Intermediate\-Advanced) * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a graphic designer. * Strong skills in working in a collaborative environment. * Strong attention to detail. * Organized.
