Opportunity for professional growth Vacancy: UX/UI Designer **Location:** Morelia, Michoacán **Work Mode:** Hybrid *\- Remote* **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00–15:00 hrs Saturdays, 9:00–14:00 hrs What Are We Looking For? At **Axen Capital**, we seek to integrate a **UX/UI Designer** into our Technology team, with a focus on user experience, functional design, and collaborative work with technical teams. Required Profile * Bachelor’s degree in **Graphic Design, Digital Design, UX/UI, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Information Technologies**, or related fields. * Experience in **digital interface design and user experience**. * Creation of **low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes**. * Definition of **user flows and information architecture**. * Mastery of **usability principles and user-centered design**. * Visual design: typography, color, components, and visual consistency. * Interpretation of functional requirements and business rules. * Basic knowledge of the **software development life cycle (SDLC)**. * Agile methodologies: **Scrum and Kanban**. * Proficiency with tools: **Figma (advanced)**, FigJam, Miro, Adobe XD, or Sketch. * Experience collaborating with **Tech Leads, QA, and Frontend/Backend teams**. * **Portfolio** including wireframes, prototypes, and complete user flows. Main Responsibilities * Analyze functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Design screens, user flows, and interface components. * Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes. * Translate business needs into clear, functional visual solutions. * Maintain visual consistency across modules and systems. * Adjust designs based on functional and technical feedback. * Support the development team during implementation. * Participate in validation sessions, demos, and agile ceremonies.
