Job Summary: We are seeking an Android Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications with excellent user experience and high-quality code. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in code reviews and adopt industry best practices **Position: Android Developer (Kotlin) – CDMX (Hybrid)** **Job Objective** We are looking for an Android Developer with experience in native application development, focused on delivering high-performance products with excellent user experience and high-quality code. You will join a collaborative team involved in the design, development, and continuous improvement of mobile applications. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain Android mobile applications * Implement functional UIs aligned with UX/UI principles * Integrate REST APIs and backend services * Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code * Participate in code reviews and adopt industry best practices * Identify and fix bugs while optimizing performance * Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams * Stay up-to-date with Android technologies and trends **Technical Requirements** * Solid experience in native Android development * Proficiency in Kotlin (Java is a plus) * Experience with Android SDK * Knowledge of MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture * Familiarity with Jetpack components (ViewModel, LiveData, Navigation, Room) * Experience consuming REST APIs * Experience with Git * Knowledge of Material Design * Published apps on Google Play Store (preferred) **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience with Jetpack Compose * Unit and instrumented testing * Firebase integration * Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) * CI/CD experience **Additional Requirements** * Minimum 5 years of experience as an Android Developer * Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred) * Availability for in-person interviews and technical assessment * Residence within a maximum 1.5-hour commute from the workplace If you meet this profile and seek to join a strong technical team tackling real-world challenges, apply through this channel.
