We are looking for a senior mobile developer with extensive experience in the Flutter and Firebase frameworks to join our development team. You will work alongside our developers and designers to develop and maintain a high-quality mobile platform for Android, iOS, and Web. As a Senior Developer, you will play a pivotal role in platform development by closely collaborating with product management, UI/UX, QA, backend, and frontend teams to ensure alignment. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership to the development team, ensuring high-quality code, correct implementation of mobile solutions aligned with technical specifications and established development standards, as well as ensuring scalability and reliability of the platform across all Android, iOS, and Web versions. **Responsibilities:** Develop, deploy, and maintain the platform using the Flutter framework for iOS, Android, iPadOS, and Web. Ensure the platform is optimized for performance across different devices and platforms. Guide and manage the technical team, providing support for best practices and development techniques. Design and lead efficient, scalable, and secure solutions, ensuring code quality through best practices. Work closely with product owners, team members, and the design team to ensure alignment with business needs and platform expectations. Develop and oversee integration with backend APIs (Firebase services, REST), ensuring reliability and performance. Stay updated on industry-standard security practices to ensure platform integrity, security, and data protection. Implement complex UI features, animations, and performance optimizations using Dart and Flutter best practices. Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines (e.g., CodeMagic, GitHub Actions) for mobile deployment and testing. Define and maintain architectural patterns (e.g., MVVM, BLoC) to ensure code quality, testability, and long-term maintainability. Mentor and support developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance. Publish and maintain the platform on Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including compliance with platform guidelines. Collaborate with product management, UX/UI, QA, and DevOps to plan releases, assess risks, and implement robust solutions. Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve development efficiency. Participate in cross-functional architecture reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Ensure thorough documentation of architecture, APIs, and development workflows. Oversee production systems, troubleshoot issues, and handle solutions with minimal supervision. The mobile strategy and security practices. Perform other related tasks as assigned. **Requirements/Experience:** 5+ years of experience in cross-platform mobile development, with 3+ years in Flutter/Dart. Proven experience in architecting and delivering complex cross-platform applications to production. Extensive experience with Firebase (3+ years) — Firestore, Auth, Functions, Analytics — and third-party APIs. Strong knowledge of the mobile application lifecycle, memory/performance profiling, and automated testing (unit, widget, integration). Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated app delivery (e.g., CodeMagic, Bitrise, GitHub Actions). Ability to debug and resolve application crashes, UI/UX inconsistencies, and cross-device performance issues. In-depth knowledge of App Store and Play Store guidelines, including submission, review, and deployment processes. Experience guiding and providing technical leadership to other developers. Solid understanding of state management techniques (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC). Familiarity with NoSQL/SQL, REST, and GraphQL APIs. Experience using AI tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) for coding, debugging, and analysis. Strategically leverage AI for architecture exploration, large-scale refactorings (e.g., test generation, automated code review). Keep the team informed of new AI capabilities relevant to mobile development. Intermediate or advanced English proficiency for technical documentation and communication.
