This role involves leading the creative direction for multiple brands, coordinating internal teams, and collaborating with clients to develop strategic solutions that deliver measurable results. **Ideal Profile:** * Creative, strategic, and results-oriented * Organized and solution-driven * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * Attention to detail and analytical thinking * Strong spelling and grammar * Intermediate-to-advanced English (80%) **Key Responsibilities:** * **Creative Direction:** Define concepts, brand guidelines, and campaign strategies. * **Creative Material Development:** Develop and supervise assets such as graphics, copy, landing pages, newsletters, digital content, and physical materials. * **Analysis and Optimization:** Measure campaign performance, generate reports, and propose data-driven improvements. * **Client Relationship Management:** Present proposals, understand client needs, and track project progress. * **Leadership:** Coordinate the creative team, organize workflows, and ensure high-quality deliverables. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or related field * \+3 years of verifiable experience (portfolio / book mandatory) * Experience in 360-degree campaigns (digital \+ offline) * Experience leading creative teams * Proficiency in tools: * Figma * Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) * Knowledge of: * UI/UX (wireframes, user journey, prototyping) * Social Media (formats, trends, dynamic content) * Branding and advertising design Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Additional vacation days or paid leave Workplace: On-site employment
