If you're passionate about strategy, creativity, and results, this is the place for you. **WE ARE HIRING:****Web Strategist** ----------------- ### **Requirements** * 4 years of experience in digital, web, or performance strategy * Agency experience (preferred) * Knowledge of: + Web strategy and user experience (UX/UI) + Website optimization (CRO) + SEO (technical and on\-page) + Digital analytics (Google Analytics, GA4\) + Conversion funnels * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (design, development, content, paid media) * Familiarity with tools such as: + Google Analytics / GA4 + Google Tag Manager + Hotjar / behavioral analytics tools (preferred) + CMS (WordPress or others) * Analytical and strategic thinking * Results- and performance-oriented mindset * Proactivity and organizational skills ### **Responsibilities** * Develop and execute web strategies aligned with client objectives (conversion, traffic, engagement). * Analyze website performance using digital analytics tools. * Identify improvement opportunities in: + User experience (UX) + Navigation + Conversion (CRO) * Design and optimize conversion funnels. * Propose improvements to site structure, content, and architecture. * Coordinate with teams including: + Design (UX/UI) + Development + Content + Paid media * Oversee correct implementation of website improvements. * Implement and validate event and conversion tracking (GTM, GA4\). * Conduct A/B tests to optimize experience and conversion. * Generate performance reports with insights and recommendations. * Present results and strategies to clients. * Ensure alignment between the website and digital campaigns (paid, SEO, content). * Stay updated on digital trends, UX, and web technologies. ### **Skills** * Strategic thinking * Data analysis * Effective communication * Teamwork * Problem solving * Results orientation * Attention to detail * Proactivity At another Group we respect and celebrate diversity.
