Practical, independent, and product-oriented mindset **AI\-Native Web Developer (Fast Builder – Apps, Landing Pages \& Cloud) Overview** We are looking for a **Web Developer with a strong background in modern web development**, capable of building and deploying functional applications at record speed. This person must be able to create **simple apps in 1 day**, high-conversion landing pages, and internal systems using current tools such as Vercel, GitHub, and AI models like Anthropic(Claude). **What You’ll Do** * Build modern, fast, and optimized **landing pages and websites** * Develop **simple internal apps within 24 hours** (dashboards, inventory, tools) * Connect systems (CRM, payments, logistics, automations) * Continuous deployment using Vercel \+ GitHub * Create rapid solutions for operations (no overengineering) * Continuously iterate on existing products **Core Requirements (MANDATORY) Web Development (Strong Foundation)** * HTML, CSS, JavaScript (very solid) * React / Next.js * Responsive design \+ basic UX/UI **Modern Stack** * Vercel (fast deployment) * GitHub (repos, branches, PRs) * APIs (REST, integrations) **AI Tools** * Use Claude / GPT to accelerate development * Ability to build faster using AI **Key Expectation (CRITICAL)** Must be able to build a functional simple application (with UI \+ basic logic \+ deployment) in under 1 day. Examples: * Inventory dashboard * Landing page with form \+ integration * Internal tool for the team **Nice to Have** * Webflow / Framer (for marketing speed) * Stripe / payments * Automation (Zapier, Make, or custom) * Experience with dashboards or internal systems **Profile We Want** * Extremely fast executor * Practical mindset (solving > perfecting) * Independent (does not require constant supervision) * Product-oriented, not just code-focused * Comfortable working across multiple tools **How We Evaluate (Very Important)** You will be asked to: Build a simple app (e.g., inventory dashboard) and deploy it live. ✔ If delivered within 24h → fit ❌ If takes several days → not the right profile **Position Type** * Full\-time / Remote * Also open to initial contractor engagement Job Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 per month Language: * English (Mandatory) Work Location: Remote hybrid in 77504, Supermanzana 11, QRoo.
