The Customer Service Supervisor is the responsible to the PCL Manager for maintaining client communication and exceeding client expectations in delivery, quality of communication, and service.**YOUR ROLE** * Supervise and coordinate the customer service team. * Follow up on purchase orders (releases, forecasts, EDI). * Ensure on\-time delivery compliance. * Manage issues such as shortages, delays, and customer claims. * Maintain direct communication with customers (Stellantis). * Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams. * Analyze demand versus capacity. * Lead customer meetings (daily/weekly calls). * Manage and monitor area KPIs. * Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949**)** **YOUR BACKGROUNG** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, or related field * \+5 years of experience that customer service, production control * English level advanced * Knowledge in SAP * Experience with OEM and TIER I \- TIER II Suppliers **WHY JOIN US?** * **Grow with purpose**.
