Whether it’s a passenger or commercial vehicle, the chassis plays a central role in safety, comfort, and dynamics. ZF not only develops essential components such as steering, braking, or damping systems, but also integrates all onboard systems involved in longitudinal, lateral, or vertical accelerations. This ensures a comfortably relaxed driving experience without abrupt movements—whether occupants drive themselves or are transported autonomously. Currently, we are seeking to hire a Shipment Analyst to join our team in Querétaro (Airport Park). **What You Can Expect as a Shipment Analyst:** * Circuit operational tracking: track circuit rotations and monitor unit arrivals. * Inventory control and accuracy: ensure circuit inventory accuracy, validate accuracy reports (blind receipts for finished goods warehouse), and verify billed vs. shipped quantities. * Shipment management: define shipment priorities, report units scheduled for shipment, units not yet arrived, and delayed units (in transit or production). * Coordination and communication: deliver checklists to coordinators, confirm that checklists and information packages are complete, and escalate risks threatening shipments. * Documentation and systems: ensure timely submission of documentation, ASN transmission, and accurate completion of logbooks. * Shift management: submit shift start reports (material and human resource availability, priorities) and shift close-out reports. * Incident tracking: monitor arrival deviations, delays, and shortages for timely control and reporting. * Organization and continuous improvement: perform 5S activities. **Your Profile as a Shipment Analyst:** * Technical degree * Experience in the automotive industry serving customers such as GM, Ford, Stellantis, Audi, BMW * Proficiency with portals: GM and FORD * Desired: strong skills in QAD, SAP, and Excel * Desired: experience in billing * Availability to rotate across 3 shifts Monday–Friday and 2 shifts on Saturdays * Work location: ZF Consolidation Center, Airport Industrial Park **Why Choose ZF in Querétaro?:** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Be part of our ZF team as Shipment Analyst and apply now! **What does DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) mean for ZF as a company?** -------------------------------------------------------------------------- At ZF, we continuously strive to build and maintain a culture where inclusiveness is lived and diversity is valued.
