If you envision yourself as part of a team helping the global economy grow through our worldwide network of customers and terminals, we’d love for you to apply to our open positions! **What are the key responsibilities of this role?** * Oversee all design stages, ensuring technical, regulatory, and APMT standard compliance. * Coordinate engineering disciplines and ensure constructability and project quality. * Support procurement processes and technical evaluation of suppliers. * Implement quality controls, risk management, and change traceability. * Align designs with local regulations and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. * Monitor schedules, deliverables, and progress reports. **What talent are we seeking?** * 7–10 years of infrastructure design experience, ideally in container terminals and maritime works (piers, breakwaters, associated services). * Experience coordinating disciplines and consultant teams during complex design phases. * Solid knowledge of Mexican and international regulations, permitting processes, and engineering best practices. * Ability to translate operational requirements into technical solutions. * Desirable experience in terminal construction and working within client organizations. * Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s degree in Engineering Management or Construction preferred. * Experience in design, permitting, and approvals with port authorities.
