Summary: This role involves generating unconstrained demand plans, rationalizing finished goods, and improving demand planning accuracy within the Electrification Business. Highlights: 1. Join us and help run what runs the world. **This position reports to:** Planning \& Fulfillment Specialist \_\_ **Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)** In this role, you will have the opportunity to generate an unconstrained demand plan. Each day, you will conduct finished goods rationalization in coordination with relevant functions. You will also showcase your expertise by measuring, reporting on, and driving improvement in demand planning accuracy. The work model for the role is: \#LI\-OnSite This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. You will be mainly accountable for: * Creating and maintaining the rolling 18\-24 months of unconstrained demand forecasts for assigned products. * Assembling and analyzing data pertinent to creating an unconstrained demand plan. * Supporting Sales by providing guidance on global demand for specific products and assisting with the consolidation of the worldwide demand plan. * Monitoring finished goods Stock Keeping Units (SKU) levels, recommending SKU rationalization initiatives, and feeding them into the Inventory Check book. **Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)** * Bachelors Degree in industrial, administrator or similar engineering. * 4\+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling or demand planner. * Experience in forecasting, demand and translating changes in the production team. * Strong understanding of manufacturing processes in electrification or metal\-mechanical industries. * Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). PP module. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Effective communication skills and ability to work cross\-functionally. * APICS/CPIM certification is a plus. * Advanced English Level.
